What the evidence means

Numbers provide context, not a complete story.

Participation figures show reach. The deeper work appears in consistent Qur’an learning, Islamic education, worship and the relationships that grow around them.

RAF will avoid presenting unverified totals, completion rates or financial outcomes as fact. Reporting should become more detailed as processes and records mature.

Trust grows when aspiration and achievement are kept distinct.

Institutional status

Present service and future vision, clearly separated.

Status language is part of RAF’s accountability.

Operating

Masjid Ar-Rahman, Ar-Rahman Academy and Maktab programs provide active service.

Expanding

The Islamic Seminary pathway is developing advanced learning capacity.

Future-facing

Community, library, cemetery and wellness institutions remain in development or long-term vision.

Reporting commitments

Clarity, context and responsible updates.

RAF’s public communication should state what a figure measures, avoid invented precision and correct outdated claims when better information is available.
